Free Radical is a challenge perk in Fallout: New Vegas.
Effects[]
After using twenty doses of RadAway, the player receives a +20% bonus to radiation removed by each dose. In Hardcore mode, the 20% bonus is applied instantly, while the regular reduction is still delayed over time.

- The name references the free radical.
Bugs[]
- Although the bonus is correctly applied and the sum radiation removal corresponds to 120% the base value, the engine does not interpret it correctly: The display suggests the bonus is equal to 200% the base value, rather than 120%.
