Background

A petty drug dealer who ran his family's vast chem empire into the ground, Allen operates out of the basement of Hotel Rexford by the grace of Clair Hutchins. He consistently drives her mad with his refusal to work and lounging all day in the lobby, likely due to the effects of him violating a drug dealer's first commandment: Never taste your own stuff.
