Sorry, I don't have time to meet with you right now.
”Vice President Frank Carlson is the second most important person in the New California Republic in Fallout 2.
Contents
Background
Frank Carlson is possessed of a weak health, but a powerful moral strength (or, at least, belief in the righteousness of his beliefs). He has a lot of clout in the politically influential right wing circles in the Republic's capital and the will and drive to achieve his goals. Ultimately, he plans to become president. Any weakness on the part of President Tandi's administration, such as the failure of her policy to peacefully expand northwards, would be ruthlessly exploited.
Carlson was eventually replaced by Joanna Tibbett as vice president, likely after his health failed him.
