I can't take it anymore, Bob. I don't trust those turrets in Sector A. I swear I saw one track me the other day when I left work a little late. If that thing opens up on me, I'm screwed, since the bastard Feds suspended workman's comp as part of the "war effort." Hell.
”Frank was an employee of Darren's Discount Electronics.
Background[]
Frank was frightened when the turrets kept tracking him when he left work late. So he hired Snake, a smuggler, to help him acquire pulse grenades. After testing them on his Mister Handy at home, Frank was given a lecture by his wife. Later on, he gave them to his friend to use on the turrets if they fired on them. These pulse grenades can be found in a box under his desk, and the key to the box can be found beneath the terminal on the same desk.[1]
Appearances[]
Frank is mentioned only in Fallout 3.
