Shall this remain that way? The table of contents still at the left, but below the main page content, so that I always have to scroll down (and scroll down, and scroll down, …) if I want to use the index? I have that since yesterday's media style update, two different browsers. I don't like it. -- CompleCCity (talk) 08:51, 4 February 2016 (UTC)

Oh, any why are the infoboxes now placed at half the height of the TOC instead in the upper right corner? -- CompleCCity (talk) 09:02, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
No, it's worse… Seems like the infobox is handled as a page element set to a specific order in all elements on the page, but not the first. On many pages it starts at half the height of the TOC, leaving some spare centimeters above. On other pages, especially some without a TOC and maintenance templates, it's the third element of the page (header paragraph, 1st paragraph, infobox), leaving the same spare place, but then even floating is disabled so that the next paragraph has an invisible {{clear}} before it.
What a mess…
Oh, and the editor box here misses the signature button (others are there, but some without quick tipp). -- CompleCCity (talk) 09:24, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
No words…

Some things have become better again, through Tagz' changes in the MediaWiki:Hydra.css, I assume. But does it take time until new pages with manually edited categories (placing link in source code) appear in the category? Because Broadcast tower PN and Broadcast tower SV are both part of Category:Fallout 3 locations and Category:Fallout 3 radio facilities, but aren't listed. -- CompleCCity (talk) 13:22, 4 February 2016 (UTC)

A lot of these are the result of us pushing out hot fixes following the 1.26 upgrade. I beg your patience while we deal with the weirdness. I count it as an accomplishment that the wiki survived and did not explode. As for categories, this might be tied to the temporarily non-functional search functionality. We're working on it. My main complaint, which is a surviving complaint since we moved to Curse, is at to why our tabs are to the left, still. It is a counter-intuitive placement for our newer users that have not created favicons, yet, to more easily traverse the wiki. Outside of that complaint, I do not have any real issues with the recent update, and I am looking forward to looking through the benefits that it brings. GarouxBloodline 20:33, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
This has also been happening. Please note the red category on the second image. --Ant2242 (talk) 20:35, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
For me the used templates for a page only appear with the preview, not while editing only. And I miss the tools at the bottom of the page, no more "What links here". Perhaps this belongs to the category "Some things only appear after several refreshes of the page", like the formatted markup codes that often are only links, without a pull down menu.

The problem with the bottom menu was that it was breaking the major links on the page. If we manage to debug it, it will be back. :)

The toolset is to the left, the bottom menu, at least for me. As for recaches and template lists, the latter already appears for me (right now, in fact), and the former should be improving over time. I apologize for any inconvenience, but once we iron out the bugs, the MW 1.26 should prove to be superior to the last version. Tagaziel (talk) 19:12, 8 February 2016 (UTC)

Thanks, again learnt something new: the Tools – didn't notice them before. (So I don't have to remember the exact address for that special page ;)
Something I noticed about that not-categorized-thing… The pages I categorized directly after the update (02/04/16) didn't appear in the categories. I asked for this somewhere above. 3 days later (02/07/16) I tried something: editing those pages, but with no change, only edit and save. Et voilà, there they were! -- CompleCCity (talk) 20:24, 8 February 2016 (UTC)
