I would like to have everyone's honest opinion about me possibly becoming an administrator. So far, I have completed all the requirements under The Vault:Administrators page, except the required time for being here.
- The 3 months will be up on April 17th.
Some people don't know me very well here, but I have made a lot of progression in improving my editing capabilities since January. And, I think I have a good judgement of what my duties and responsibilities would be as an administrator.
Thanks guys, Ghouly89 (Talk) 03:58, April 9, 2010 (UTC)
On hold[]
I'll put the request on hold for now until the requirements are met. It may seem overly bureaucratic as only a few days are left, but if we start making exceptions everyone will starting to demand one for them to be made. This doesn't mean your request is denied, merely that we're waiting. Hope you understand :) -- Porter21 (talk) 10:49, April 13, 2010 (UTC)
- I do. Gothemasticator walked me through this. And I promise to be more concise about Vault policy if I earn my admin powers. Ghouly89 (Talk) 05:29, April 14, 2010 (UTC)
Reopened[]
As the 3 months are now up, the request is open again. Anybody who hasn't commented yet has the opportunity to do so until Wednesday (April 21). -- Porter21 (talk) 07:05, April 18, 2010 (UTC)

Undoubtedly. A) We'll need more admins as Vegas' release date gets closer, and B) We need more ancient Fallout and Fallout 2 admins, especially ones that can get pictures. Also, Van Buren article awesomeness. :DNukey (Talk) (User blog:AreYouGoingToEatThatNuke?|Blog) 21:18, April 9, 2010 (UTC)
Your one of the most kind, intelligent, adult I have ever met. I feel as an admin, you will greatly improve The Vault! ^-^ √Anon (Talk) 21:32, April 9, 2010 (UTC)
He's involved in Fallout and Fallout 2 projects, he's never done me wrong, and I think he'll be a great admin. --Felixwilliams12 20:01, April 10, 2010 (UTC)
I believe ghouly would be an excelent administrator, he has good editing abilities and has a vast knowledge of the fallout series. Hell if it was up to me he'd be made a bureaucrat.Shadowrunner56 21:10, April 10, 2010 (UTC)
I don't see why not, and since the release of New Vegas is coming up we're going to need as many admins as we can get.Gothemasticator 03:02, April 19, 2010 (UTC)
Ghouly's great. And it's true we need more editors for the older games. Besides all that, he's darn friendly and reasonable. Let's keep him. Er... I mean, let's make him an admin. :)--FLaSHBaCK HaSH 03:08, April 19, 2010 (UTC)
I'm at a disadvantage with editing the older games since i'm one of those FO3 people, but there's a serious need for experienced editors that know the old games. If we can have another old game editors as an admin I believe that it will only benefit the Vault. Whether he gets admin or not, his help has still been phenomenal and worthy of recognition. He's got my vote. --Kingclyde 10:10, April 19, 2010 (UTC)
He seems to be doing a good job here. Goth is right, we will need to more admins as New Vegas gets here. He's got my vote. --
