Flak 'N Shrapnel's is a weapons, ammunition and armor shop located in the Rivet City market. It is, as the name suggests, run by Flak and Shrapnel.
Background[]
The pair set up shop in Rivet City following Flak's parting with the slavers of Paradise Falls, on less than pleasant terms. If Flak is enslaved (Strictly Business), the shop will close as Shrapnel cannot run it without his partner.
Layout[]
The shop occupies one of the stalls inside the former aircraft carrier hangar. The centerpiece of the shop is a table with some of their wares laid out, with a burning barrel in front of it. A locked cabinet (very hard lock), four ammunition boxes (hard lock), and a trunk (very hard lock) hold the majority of the shop's stock. Both proprietors have a sofa at the end of the shop, which they use to sit down when no client is around.

- Stealing ammunition from the shop will prompt an exchange between Flak and Shrapnel.
- The player can remark that the weapons are in lousy condition. Flak will mention showing a locker with the good stuff, but he never does so and his stock remains the same.
