Find the Overseer’s C.A.M.P. and contact her in Flatwoods.

Speak to the Mr. Handy robot near the Overseer's location.
Cross the bridge to head towards Route 88 East where the Overseer's C.A.M.P. is located.
Inspect the C.A.M.P. and create both a piece of armor and a weapon.
Head southwest to reach Flatwoods and enter its tavern to self-checkup at the terminals.
