Find Children spy in the Followers is an unfinished side quest in Fallout. The player was supposed to be able to find a Children spy among the ranks of the Followers and likely affect the ending of the game. However, nearly all the scripts and characters were removed from the game. Talius is the only character left that's tied to the quest and will add it to the quest log when accused of spying, but it cannot be finished.
