	The following is based on Fallout cut content and has not been confirmed by canon sources.

Tangler is the leader of the Rippers gang from the Boneyard in 2161. He has a cybernetic hand which the Vault Dweller could somehow obtain (apparently quite sloppily) for unknown reasons. Other than that, not much is known about him.

Appearances

Tangler was going to appear in the original Fallout but like the Rippers themselves was cut from the final version of the game.

• Most likely the Vault Dweller could obtain the cybernetic arm as proof of his death.
