Janice Wilkins is found dead on Vault 101's lower level during the quest Trouble on the Homefront in Fallout 3.

Background

A childhood friend of the Lone Wanderer, Janice was a red-headed, quiet child. During the uprising in Vault 101, she was gunned down by the vault's security force, along with her brother, Jim.
