Buffy is one of the members of the Unwashed in Fallout 2.

Background

Buffy is the First Woman of the Unwashed Villagers, and a very beautiful, intelligent and perky cheerleader to boot. Her personal experiences with Grim Reaper led to her joining the quest against the spammer. She is encountered in a special encounter, where the spammer was finally found.
