”The flower child is a young member of the Children of the Cathedral in Fallout.
Background[]
The child has been brought up in the Children faith and deeply believes in the message of peace and unity spread by the cult. The fact that Mother Jain extends her protection to the kid helps, as does the visit to the Cathedral by the ocean.
