Fire extinguishers are pre-War safety devices found in many buildings throughout the Capital Wasteland and the Mojave Wasteland.

Explosive Capability

If shot at, they will explode causing minor damage.

Notes

• Fire extinguishers can be found in many buildings.
• They can be moved around and placed as traps.
• You can not detonate them with the Shishkebab.

Bugs

• PlayStation 3 An odd glitch with this item; if you move an extinguisher, and then detonate it (shoot or toss a grenade), the shrapnel will spread out as normal, however one or two pieces of shrapnel (usually the top and bottom of the canister) will spawn where the extinguisher originally was, even if it's impossible for anything to have blasted to that location.
