The fiery purgative is a consumable item in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on, Lonesome Road.
Characteristics[]
This home remedy uses the power of hot peppers and grain alcohol to purge the body of any toxins, including radiation. However, it is so potent, Endurance will take a -1 penalty for ten seconds while the body tries to keep consciousness. Even though it is crafted from alcohol, you cannot get addicted to it.
