The Ferris wheel is a location within the Kiddie Kingdom park of Nuka-World.
Background
Even though Kiddie Kingdom was geared toward the younger visitors to Nuka-World, visitors of all ages enjoyed taking in the sights with a ride on one of the oldest rides in the Kingdom.[1]

The Ferris wheel dominates the skyline of Kiddie Kingdom and offers unique views of the Nuka-World theme park.
