Feargus is the nephew of the Chosen One in Arroyo in Fallout 2.

Background

A fully grown man, Feargus does not share his uncle's talent. In fact, it doesn't look like he shares anything with them. His current problem is that the well is damaged and he cannot get a drink. It didn't occur to him to fix it himself.
