”The Fantasy ball is a throwing weapon in Fallout Tactics
It's a great souvenir for any fan of horror movies, and has some potential as a weapon due to the somewhat high damage for a thrown weapon and reusability. Alas, there's only a few of them to be found, which makes the Fantasy Ball a curio rather than a fightworthy weapon.
