Fallout Fantasy was a rumor that turned out to be a combination of Lionheart and Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel murmurings. Black Isle designated the leak "Project Quincy", in the style of their ex-President code naming. However, this was also a ruse, as Quincy was the middle name of a President, and Black Isle worked on neither Lionheart nor Brotherhood of Steel.
