Fallout: Wasteland Warfare includes a large number of models, based on existing characters and creatures from the series. Each is represented by a high quality resin miniature in "Heroic" 32mm scale.

Overview[]

Every model has a set of skills which are represented by icons found next to each of the SPECIAL stats on their unit card. A model cannot use a skill it does not have, meaning a Field Scribe cannot use heavy weapons. Skills are subject to modifiers when rolled against them.

Furthermore, not every unit uses the same SPECIAL stat to determine their skills. A large and bulky Super Mutant's Health, for example, will be determined by their Endurance score. On the other hand, the nimble Piper Wright, focusing on evading attacks and staying on the move, relies on Agility and that stat determines their Health.

Another example is searching: A Field Scribe will use their Intelligence, while a Gen 1 Synth will use Perception.

This doesn't mean every model is interchangeable, of course. A low Endurance might not cripple Piper in a stand-up fight, but a bug hunt where poison is a factor will be a bigger challenge for her than that burly mutant. Similarly, though the Scribe and Synth can be comparable in searching, their stats don't translate to a similar performance in direct combat.
