Ezra Parker was the wealthy owner of Vault 118.
Background[]
Ezra Parker was the primary owner and financier for the Vault and the Cliff's Edge Hotel above. He had vast experience managing venture projects around the world. It was his idea to have premier clients become investors in the Vault section of the hotel and to this end, he worked with Vault-Tec to have this built to their every specification.[1] It was Ezra who cut off the funding to prevent the erection of a secondary wing for the plebs and then overrode the security protocols to turn the Vault into a private retreat for the elite.[2][3]
It wasn't until 2287 that something disturbed the idyllic peace of the Vault: Murder. Murder of Ezra Parker.
Section needed (all the plaques and Ezra himself indicate that he was a world traveling con artist.) This section is needed but has not been written yet. You can help The Vault by writing it. |
