Event: Distinguished Guests is a event in Fallout 76.

Synopsis[]

Billingsley, the Maitre d' at Bolton Greens is looking for people to help get the function room ready for a Halloween gala.

The event has two main stages:
- First, players need to find a total of five robot waiters. They are scattered across the grounds, with one usually hiding inside in the sauna and the rest out on the golf fields. They are easily recognizable by their distinct, white shells (and the jets at night). Once interacted with and sent back to prepare the Halloween gala, the next stage happens.
- This time, players need to find a total of 24 set place settings (a clean white plate with an ornate golden trim, with a fork, knife, and spoon laid on top) and six centerpieces (a vase with bright flowers), then set them on the tables, while protecting and repairing the waitstaff.
- The items are scattered across the Bolton Greens building, typically on tables, in corners, and require a keen eye. Keeping the waitstaff is a little challenging, as it requires defending against constant attacks. If a robot goes down, players get 60 seconds to repair them (2 Steel).
The outcome depends on the approval rating. If the players finish early and maintain the robots in operational state, then the quest allows for gaining tasty and gourmand (i.e. top tier) cooking recipes.
