Evelyn Black was a wealthy merchant living in Diamond City. As the unfortunate mother of William Black and Mags Black, she watched her children fall from grace and into criminal pursuits, together with Lizzie Wyath. Following yet another stay in the city jail, she disinherited her children and forced them to leave the City for good. Unfortunately for her, the siblings swore revenge against both of their parents - but what could she do?[1][2]
