Evan King's house is the largest of the four homes in Arefu. In order to enter the house you have to pick the (average) lock, you will not lose Karma if you pick the lock, however Evan King may attack you if you enter while he's inside.

Layout

It is a small two level home with the Repair Bobblehead on a table to the left immediately after entering the residence. The second floor houses some ammunition boxes, some metal boxes, and other random loot. It is set up much like a typical Megaton two level building, with the main room being two stories high due to a balcony.

Notable loot

Notes

  • Evan King is one of the only non-player characters to not have a key to his house. No key will be dropped if he is pickpocketed or killed. Gaining entrance to Evan King's house is impossible if the player has under 50 Lockpick or has broken the lock to the house (unless the player has the Infiltrator perk).

Appearances

Evan King's house appears only in Fallout 3.
