Evan is a wastelander living south of Nuka World in 2287.
Background[]
Evan is a peculiar, yet friendly person to encounter in the wastelands. He is curiously open and helpful - though it seems any form of kindness in Nuka-World is suspect. It's a dog-eat-dog out there and friendly souls just don't survive, which is why Evan lives on his own in a trailer on the outskirts of the park, viewing Nuka-World safely from a distance.

Behind the scenes[]
- Evan is Bethesda Game Studios' tribute to the brother of a Fallout 4 fan. He is based on the younger brother of Redditor NoohjXLVII, who passed away due to a diabetes-related illness in June of 2016 at the age of 24. In the words of Noohj, Evan was the kind of a person who'd give others the shirt off his back to help - and the Evan in Nuka-World does just that.[1][2]
