Esposito was a member of Taggerdy's Thunder, an elite United States Army Ranger unit. Bearing the rank of Private, she was one of the unit's riflemen. After the Great War, she remained with Taggerdy and joined the new Appalachian branch of the Brotherhood. She was part of Knight Moreno's team securing Grafton Dam during its operation. Not too impressed with Moreno's leadership, she was relieved when the outpost was mothballed and she was reassigned to Camp Venture as a training officer. Tough, but fair, she took responsibility for any lapses in training (such as Squire Belmonte's letter home, written in total violation of operational security).

When the war with the scorched and the scorchbeasts escalated, Esposito was one of the casualties. After Venture was closed down, she regained her command and led Knights in attacks against the monstrosities, eventually falling in battle. It took three of them to kill Esposito.
