Escape Cell Block 13 was going to be a quest in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios.
Quick walkthrough[]
This quest was to be given to the Player Character following the beginning of the game, after a hole is blasted in the side of their prison cell, and they follow to escape the prison. Thus, to do this quest, you must escape the Tibbets Facility.
