The Wattz Electronics Micromanipulator FingerStuff electronic lock pick is an item in Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics.

Characteristics

An advanced electronic device designed for defeating electronic locks and devices, Micromanipulator is a powerful tool for any high tech thief.

In game terms, it allows for opening electronic locks, such as the bunker doors at Lost Hills (and the store room's inside) or the locked elevator to the warhead storage at the Cathedral. Curiously, lockpicking the entrance to Lost Hills doesn't turn the Brotherhood inside hostile.
