The East Central Commonwealth was one of the thirteen commonwealths of the pre-War United States of America. Created in the early 21st century, it was comprised of the former states of Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee, and borders the Columbia, Eastern, Gulf, Great Midwest, Southeast, Plains and Texas Commonwealth.
Ohio Wasteland[]
Very similar to the appearance of The Forest region of Appalachia. Not much else is know about the Ohio wasteland, however, as it can only be seen across the Ohio River in Fallout 76.
Kentucky Wasteland[]
Mentioned in John Henry Eden's broadcasts, the state was hit by the bombs, but much of its pre-War glory scraped by. If Eden is to be believed, it managed to survive the violence and disease that blanketed the rest of the World. It proudly keeps its pre-War landmarks, such as Knob Creek, or Hodgenville. But since he was never human this statement was either made up or based on the childhood of another president. So Kentucky may well be in ruin much like the rest of the wasteland.
Fort Knox is also known to exist.[1]
Appearances[]
The East Central Commonwealth only appears in Fallout 76 and is mentioned in Fallout 3, Fallout 4[2].
