Dusty is the owner and proprietor of the Dusty's Cantina in Fallout 2.
Background[]
A gruff-looking guy with a crooked nose, pinched up ears and a bald head, Dusty runs his cantina right next to the gate to the Hall of Congress district. Probably a boxer once, he is a pleasant fellow, though not much of a talker – he usually goes straight to the point and dislikes people causing trouble in his establishment (unless someone decides to whoop Hoss, President Tandi's son).
