Operated by brothers Vadim and Yefim Bobrov, the Dugout is the local watering hole and common house for the citizens of Diamond City who are not readily accepted in the Upper Stands Colonial Taphouse.

The bar opens to a central common room with several couches, tables and chairs. The bar is against the western wall, the rooms for rent are in the southern section and the bar's kitchen is in the northern corner.
