Sergeant Donnelly was an Enclave officer. He features in Fallout 76.
Background[]
An NCO of the Enclave, Donnelly was routinely charged with tough jobs by Captain Jackson. The jobs could be hazardous and he did suffer a near-fatal incident while installing a communications dish in Charleston.[1] However, he had potential and was on track for promotion runs at Camp McClintock.[2]
During the uprising, Donnelley sided with Santiago loyalists. After her revival, the general ordered him to mine the MODUS memory banks. Although the sergeant was successful, MODUS' sudden uprising and robot attack resulted in his death.[3]
Appearances[]
Donnelly appears only in Fallout 76.

I'm told the dishes are mission critical to monitoring threats up top. But I'll talk to some people. I mean, MODUS can call in flying robots with a thought. Why isn't he doing it?

You're the only one who can get us inside the silo. Donnelley's on track to take a run at the promotion process, but until he's ready, when we breach, we're going to need you with us.The security system requires a missileer escort be present ... which, maybe we'll luck out and one will be alive, but I wouldn't count on it. Chances are good we'll have to fight our way to the targeting computer. But if we could find one of those misileers, it might make our lives a hell of a lot easier.//////////////////////////////////////////////// --- END ENTRY."
