This holotape allows the player to splice a dog and a Mister Orderly on the X-8 splicing facility terminal to create a friendly, mini-companion, Roxie.

It can be found in the X-8 research center, in the room with the hostile Mister Orderlies, just in front of the access door to the institutional test facility.
