Background[]
A young convert to the cult, Devin is currently fasting and avoiding anti-radiation medication to obtain a revelation. Naturally, this will cause him to expire, without the Survivor's intervention. His fast is a result of the epiphany he had, while riding high on Jet. He saw a verdant stag, a messenger from Atom, commanding him to abandon his habits and come to The Nucleus, to join the ranks of his devoted. Trouble is, Devin also received a second commandment, that he has to wait for his shackles to be taken off by a second messenger from god - who, seeing how Devin isn't doing drugs anymore, is not going to come very soon.[1]
