The office building is a location in Fallout 3. This office building is located on Washington Boulevard in Falls Church. The location is marked on the local map as "Office Building", and shares the same name as another one in the same area.

Background

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) housed their Department of Research Subsidies in this building prior to the Great War of 2077.

Two centuries later, the building is the scene of a skirmish between the Brotherhood of Steel and the super mutants.

Layout

There is a main entrance (on Washington Boulevard) and a secondary entrance (across from the children's playground). Both of these entrances lead to stairs that lead to the first floor which is accessible. This floor is populated with offices and a restroom.

In the offices, there are the corpses of two Brotherhood of Steel initiates and super mutants. In this same office, there is a functional terminal. This terminal contains the last thoughts of government worker Elise Walton.

In the restroom, there is a rigged shotgun.
