Defuse the Mines on the Freeway to Boulder was going to be a quest in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It is located at Denver.

Walkthrough

The quest is related to Eddie Galenski, with the purpose of gaining access to the Boulder Dome with his armored truck via the northern road. The quest is designed for Science Boys and Stealth Boys, who can use their skills to navigate and get rid of the mines.

The mines can be refused with help from Bombay Jack, or rather, his map. The salvager was responsible for laying the mines in the first place, making acquiring his map a necessary step.

The quest is finished when all mines are removed.
