Dee Bradley Baker (born August 31, 1962) is an American voice actor who voiced the merchant Ching Tsun , Wasteland Man and Ghoul Civilian in Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel [1] as well as Stanislaus Braun in Fallout 3 . He also provided voiceover for Fallout Tactics .
Biography [ ]
Baker was born in Indiana but grew up in Greeley, Colorado. Baker started performing at the age of nine and had steadily worked in musicals, operas, plays, and stand up until college.
A graduate of Colorado College, he majored in philosophy with a minor in German. Baker started working as a stage actor, stand-up comedian, and singer after college, which led him to Los Angeles.
