Knight Sergeant Dawes (DW-112KS) was a former knight-sergeant for the Brotherhood of Steel, who died in the Commonwealth, in Fallout 4.
Background
Knight-Sergeant Dawes was one of seven Brotherhood soldiers who were brought together to form recon squad Gladius, in which they were all sent to investigate the Commonwealth, exterminate mutant encampments, acquire technology, and discern the fate of recon squad Artemis. After being immediately ambushed by the Corvega assembly plant raider faction upon entering Boston, Dawes and the rest of the squad began fortifying the Cambridge police station as their main base of operations, before enacting a failed revenge attack on the Corvega assembly plant, as well as a failed mission at Fort Strong to remove its super mutant population. While at Fort Strong, Dawes was killed from a blow to the head by one of the defending super mutants, killing him instantly.[1]
