Though it has withstood the passage of time better than its collapsed neighbor, leaning on the DPB as if for support, the building itself contains little of note; the reception area contains a desk and a few couches. Through the door is another room containing a desk, a Port-a-Diner, two beds and a single radroach. An elevator in the corner is out of order and blocked by rubbish.
