The cybernetic brain is a human brain that has been enhanced by the addition of electronic and robotic attachments. This is one of the brains that can be found in the Sierra Army Depot and used to build a mobile body structure for Skynet. It is the best brain to use in Skynet's construction, the depot's AI, which downloads itself into the robot body, enabling it to act as a skilled scientist and sniper.
