Custom House Tower is a location in the Commonwealth.
Background[]
The skyscraper added to Massachusetts Custom House is a landmark of the early twentieth century that served as a federal structure. In 1770 Custom House Tower was the site of the Boston Massacre. More recently, it has been taken over by super mutants who turned the reception area into an abattoir.[1]

Only the reception area of this building is accessible, and is filled with evidence of super mutant brutality. A few statues and bookshelves line the room.
