“
The Cougar is always fine.
”— CougarCougar is the assistant of Doc Morbid in Junktown in Fallout.
Background[]
All brawn and no brains, Cougar has a peculiar habit of referring to himself in third person. It seems any kind of thought beyond the most simple ones is beyond him, leading to headhurt.[1] Morbid doesn't employ him for his intellectual acumen, however, so it is acceptable.
