A while back, I forget when... my best friend of 30… or was it 40 years? Oh, it doesn’t matter, what matters is that he stole my precious gold pocket watch. It has been handed down in my family for five, no six, err... four generations. Yep, I distinctly remember setting it down on my desk. Then, when I looked on the kitchen table, it was gone.
”Cornelius is the alleged proprietor of Rose's Bed and Breakfast in Modoc in the year 2241.

Background
At his best, Cornelius is an adorable, forgetful old man. At his worst, well, he's still a forgetful old man, but he can get pretty vicious. His wife, Rose, runs the B&B in Modoc practically singlehandedly, as Cornelius cannot remember things if his life depended on it. After all, if he forgets he's married, what are the chances he'll get the figures in the ledger correct?
He is a long time friend of Farrel, for over three decades, but he recently had a falling out as he suspects that the man stole his family heirloom: A golden pocket watch.
