The Common House is a building in the south east corner of Big Town.
Layout
The house consists out of 4 rooms. The first room has three beds and a bookcase filled with several burned books. The bathroom has a toolbox next to the toilet. The second room has one bed, and a radio playing the Enclave Radio station. And the last room, the kitchen, has an oven.

The Big Town Common House appears in Fallout 3.
Notable loot
The house is filled with junk (bent tin cans, burned books, plates, etc.) but no notable loot.
