The combat armor is a piece of armor in Fallout 2.
Background[]
Main article: Combat armor
Modelled after the human silhouette and designed to provide balanced protection that does not limit mobility on the battlefield, combat armors are a diverse family of personal body armor of varying degrees of sophistication, from the earliest iterations of the armor developed by the United States Army[1] to the cutting-edge riot gears that came into use prior to the Great War.[2]
Characteristics[]
A top of the line armor, outperformed only by its upgraded variants and the different power armor types. Its fairly low weight means that it's a good choice for characters who prefer to travel light, even far into the endgame.
Variants[]
- Brotherhood armor: The Brotherhood's own variant.
- Combat armor mk II: A more advanced version of the armor.
Locations[]
- Loot
- Sierra Army Depot: Leftmost locker in the barracks on level 1.
- Sierra Army Depot: Two sets in the leftmost big weapons crate in the secure armory on level 2.
- Vault 15: Footlocker on level 2, north-westernmost room.
- Vault 13: Right footlocker in the supply room on level 3.
- Navarro: Locker to the left of Quincy
