Collaring Outside the Lines is a repeatable quest in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.
Synopsis[]
One of the bosses of the three raider gangs found one of the other gangs have an informant, and this informant should be persuaded to change their employer... with a shock collar.
Walkthrough[]
- Talk to Mags, Mason, or Nisha to receive the job. Accept the shock collar.
- Travel to the designated location. You can either enter sneak mode and place the collar on the target, or beat them into submission (which usually elicits a hostile response).
- Return to whoever gave out the job to collect the reward.
