Background
The customers of the Corrections Center are Vault City's privileged few who managed to cross its laws. Some are just sleeping off a particularly drunken evening, others talked back to Joanne Lynette, while yet others are enthusiasts of the abolitionist ideas advocated by Thomas Moore.
