Background

Cindy's husband Paulie Cantelli is a chem addict, and she runs the shop herself to avoid him using up their entire stock to get high. Despite her acknowledgment of Paulie's issue, she makes no effort to help him (nor does anyone else in Rivet City). If she dies, Paulie will begin running the shop. If Paulie dies, she will say "Thank God!"

Relationships

She is the wife of Paulie Cantelli.

She is fond of Bannon and enjoys sitting next to him and talking to him at church and at meals. The Fallout 3 Official Game Guide states she has a crush on him.

Daily schedule

She can be found at A Quick Fix during the markets business hours. She eats her lunch in the market and when she isn't doing this she can be found sleeping in her bed.
