Chip Morse is a trader appearing in Nuka World.
Background[]
An uncharacteristically chipper and helpful slave trader, Chip is part of the original group of traders that called Nuka-World their home, before raiders under Colter came and took it for their own. Morse adapted better than most, as his technical skills made him indispensable to the Overboss' plans to restart the Nuka power plant and provide power for the entire park, making it into a proper fortress. For Morse, it was a good arrangement, as he got to continue working on his home - as he lived in the park for over 20 years - and he had a better life than most slaves.
