Centaurs are creatures that were to appear in Fallout 4, but were cut from the game.
They were revealed in a concept art image of The Art of Fallout 4.
Characteristics[]
Visually deviant from the way they look in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, these centaurs are hideous, deformed creatures. This cut variant bears four heads, stretching mouths and extra pair of limbs growing on its back.
Appearances[]
The centaur was cut from Fallout 4, and were replaced by the Mutant hound.
